Dubai Coast Ski Vacations

Even though our flight was very early, they arranged breakfast for us there at 5 a.m

This property took us back to our lovely time in Thailand. Beautiful architecture in the main building and lush grounds. It is getting a little older, but it is very well maintained and the rooms are modern and comfortable with great amenities and full size bath in a massive bathroom. The lagoon pool was nice and quiet, the main pool with the pool bar was packed, but still well maintained and the service was good.

Beautiful spacious room which looked out over the skyline. Exceptional breakfast staff were amazing especially Katie who always had a smile and a warm greeting. Reception team always had a warm welcome and nothing too much trouble. The adult pool was lovely and a great place to spend the day relaxing on a comfy sun-lounger. Overall the Waldorf is a wonderful hotel offering exceptional service.

Every thing was perfect although busy weekend but the stuff managed to handle everything breakfast with many options the restaurants for dinner many options . Many thanks to Anna who assisted us on checking in and give us an upgrade and send a cake for my niece birthday to the room.

It was a pleasant stay and I would definitely use this hotel again but it is worth noting that the hotel has become quite dated and is in a need of a refresh. The staff were fantastic and very welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
