Not recommend breakfast in the hotel.

We’ve been a repeat guests for Sejong. Really appreciate the hotel’s cleanliness and amenities. The room was clean, even housekeeping did a good job when we requested for our bed to be made. The only thing that didn’t change is the worker’s union protest, that seems on-going even before covid. Fortunately, they didn’t bother hotel guests but get a bit crowded when the protest at the lobby though.

The room was so clean and the staff are very courteous. We love staying at ROKAUS

Very clean and staffs are friendly. Room is clean and no need to worry about bed bug or etc. Room size is not big enough, but generally great and ok to recommend.

room we got was big and nice. The room cleaning staff did a thorough job with cleaning our room and making our beds. They always changed the bed sheets at room cleaning. The lobby staff was also nice and helpful. Location was convenient, close to subway station. We would stay here again.

Great service loved the hotel

Brilliant hotel, great location. Housekeeping wasn’t quite at the level I would have expected however.

Room is clean but not a 5 star experience. Amenities are limited and it didn’t feel luxurious staying here. The property however is just a short walk to the subway station and is convenient to other popular areas in Seoul.

Overall our stay was okay. However, I noticed that there were so many things scattered around especially the hallways that I find unsafe in an event of an emergency.
