Nice to have a the airport shuttle

The hotel was clean and the rooms were good. The staff were very good and helpful. Breakfast as also good. The location is tough to reach by car. The valet parking was good but there is not really a good place to stop in front of hotel. Our air conditioning went out on day two. They gave us another room which also the air conditioning did not work on room 3 we got one that did. The location is not great there are not many restaurants near by and you will need to take a taxi or drive with limited parking to go sees things. Staff were really awesome.

Staff at the reception were very professional and helpful. They arranged for the tour, although people should shop around for the best price. Rooms were very clean and staff upgraded my room to a suite. Sea-view room for the suite was excellent with 3 different large windows and balcony door. Location of the hotel is very convenient to close by ferries and main streets with plenty of food places along the shoreline walway. Driver for personal tour was very good to use Google translate to communicate about the scheduling and pick up locations at various sites.

We stay there every year. Never disappointed. Staff always go extra mile for customer satisfaction. Great location too. Highly recommended.

Amazing place for vacation as well as business, I'll definitely go back!

This is a great hotel with very helpful staff gorgeous ,but a little small, rooftop pool and a delicious breakfast buffet if you are in Izmir this is the hotel to stay in and it is at a very reasonable price
