The family room is not bad except the bathroom and the sink are a kinda of mouldy. There is No hair conditioner provided.
The separate toilet with a door is an excellent idea for a family.
No fridge and ironing board provided too.
The location of the hotel is good and central to move about.

Short walk from Arena station. Ideal if u are catching a concert. The hotel was heart warming to spot that my birthday was a day before the check in date and gifted me a bottle of red wine. Applause for their effort in looking into the details.

The hotel is well maintained. Rooms were cleaned and plenty of amenities. Location was also convenient, be it travelling using the trains or taking an Uber. Will return if travelling to Kaohsiung.

Very nice hotel! Everyone was so kind, breakfast was delicious. We ate at Ukai-tei Teppenyaki and it was the best dinner we’ve both had. Room amenities were so nice, and infinite pool was very relaxing. We fully recommend.
