The young man at the front desk has an amazing memory and was absolutely a stand out

staff was very tuned into our needs. Restaurant was very nice. We didn't receive our wake up call, and the front desk called a cab for us which we greatly appreciated.

Friendly staff, clean and quiet room, and a perfect location. The hotel is a little outdated, which I expected, but all the other good things made up for it. Bottom line — I’d stay here again if I come back.

It is an older hotel with a cute maximalist aesthetic and a terrific location for first time visitors. The free coffee and cookies were a nice touch. Most of the staff were lovely. Unfortunately, the room and hallway smelled like marijuana due to a street level business. We brought this to the hotel’s attention and were told that this was a known problem on the third floor but there was not much they could do about it. They also forgot to give us vouchers for our welcome amenities until we asked. Additionally, the doors are locked at 11 pm and you must turn in your room key when entering and leaving the hotel. Overall, I would choose a different hotel next time.
