This hotel is located in an excellent position for main st Banff and is well worth considering. My only criticism was that the room allocated was on the ground floor and didn't receive any natural sunlight. This mean we had to have lights on at all times and made the room a little depressing.

"Terrible bed-soft, lumpy and worn. Breakfast was bad with inedible premade omelets, briney cream cheese, and low quality everything. Our room furnishing were ugly. Wi-Fi was poor."
