Southeast Birmingham Ski Vacations

On the website it said there was dining. Planned to eat dinner there because we were on the road for a long time. Get there and nope dining is closed!! Front desk was not friendly!! Had to walk to get dinner. Never in my life have I heard of a hotel having to control your thermostat at the front desk!!! That about sent me over the edge. Nothing especially in the room. Had paint splatter all over the phone. Felt so dirty the entire time. When you look in cracks and crevices there were scratches, dirt just so not taken care of and kept up! This hotel looked so cute online and was so excited about staying there. I was miserable!! Next day went down to ask for car and had to wait because valet had lost keys to another couple!!!!!! OMG!!!

Beautiful, spacious, clean property. HOWEVER, entrance is complicated, we never did get a code for the pool gate, if we needed the elevator after 5:30, we had to wait for a resident to come along to open the door. Even after two calls to the help desk, we still were locked out of using the coding system. Great price for the clean room, but the amenities were zero due to the complicated coding of the lock system and the apps. We downloaded two apps, neither allowed us access.
