Upscale hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We were very comfortable. We had no trouble finding parking on the street close to the hotel.

This was easily the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. From the thoughtful and attentive staff to the beautiful property to the clean rooms, this place has it all. We felt well taken care of the entire stay and enjoyed all of the complimentary items provided by the hotel. It was so peaceful and allowed us to enjoy our time in San Sebastián that much more. We’ll miss you!

location and views were good. check in experience was off- no one met us outside to help with luggage into hotel. while breakfast was generally decent, the rest of the menu from snack bar and room service menu was very limited and not varied. quality of food and flavors were disappointing. wait staff however were friendly & helpful. spa facilities wasn’t that great. pool jacuzzi was not hot and the sauna never reached proper temperature. and for a hotel showcasing view of the sea, very dissatisfied that it did not have an outdoor pool. lastly, we did not have hot water in the shower on our last morning before check out. all rather a disappointing experience other than nice views and rooms. i wouldn’t recommend
