Staff was awesome and helpful

Didn't take the breakfast at the hotel.

Room was clean but lacked simple amenities such as a coffee maker. All in allfor the price not a lot to show except and uncomfortable bed. Check in was a nightmare. I used there app to skip the line but had to wait in line to get a room key. We left very under impressed.

Very nice hotel but I was charged with a fee that was supposed to come back to my card and they did charged it. Now I have to call and clarify

The room was great Clean fresh and warm. All of the staff in the entire resort was very friendly and helpful. The meals were great, especially the breakfast. The fresh fruit was excellent and the service was extraordinary. Thank you for giving us a great memorable trip.

Staff was awesome and helpful

My family and I loved staying here. Although we didn’t get to use the kitchen, it had everything one would need to cook basic meals. My teens enjoyed swimming in the heated pool at night. The balcony had a wonderful view of the city. The only downside was that it’s not very soundproof, so the morning commute was pretty loud, even with with earplugs in. Despite this detail, we’d definitely come back.
