AC was not working, was very hot in the room despite following directions from staff on how to adjust it. Everything else was good, location is a bit sketchy sometimes at night but besides that, it’s a nice up and coming spot.

Splendid hotel and well located in old city. The staff were exceptional. Always very friendly and helpful. The English concierge ( who spoke fluent French ) gave us some great tips on nearby restaurants and recommended a wonderful wine tour to the left and right bank which was so informative and personal. Money well spent !! I would highly recommend this hotel in such a vibrant and beautiful city. ✅✅

Great hotel, even though not that centric. Nice design and thematic. Staff very helpful. Nice bar and restaurant. Has a sauna/steam room and jacuzzinin the spa area. Would choose it again

It’s a good basic hotel in the golden triangle- great location. We had to switch rooms as there was construction outside and our windows had tarp over them, but staff was excellent in getting us to a new room with unobstructed windows. Really no amenities, other than a coffee/espresso and water machine in lobby and there is a breakfast.

The room was large and immaculate. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a chance to dine in the hotel and my meal was fabulous. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent hotel, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Madame B is an outstanding restaurant. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The bar staff is very cool. The room was clean and had plenty of room. The rain forest shower was the best. Hotel is well located, with many things in walking distance.
