The best service I have ever experienced around the world! The staff here are amazing. Beautiful rooms with amazing views.
The breakfast is a 5 course meal or buffet- highly recommend. They have a free shuttle service which saves you so much $ on taxis.

Chambre japonaise correcte, belle vue, futon au sol de 3 pouces environ et salle de bain minuscule. Faut absolument reserver les soupers d’avance car nous etions la deux nuits et les deux soirs complets

"This property was beautiful and very clean. Staff are super friendly and accomodating. It is a bit out the way from main areas of Hakuba. However, the hotel does have a shuttle bus, only on a limited schedule though."

Restaurant served excellent food however it was the only option available during our stay (end of March) and it was expensive and really not suitable for very young children.
