Always so accommodating to my needs when I come to stay

Lovely staff. Incredible property. The hype is real. This is by far and away the nicest property we’ve stayed at in Manhattan in a long time.

Clean room, staff were very helpful and kind.

Hotel has a fabulous location, overlooking Central Park. Elevators were a problem. It seemed like only two were working and it took 30 minutes to get in an elevator that wasn’t completely full. Stairs weren’t an option with luggage. Rooms were clean, but for the price point I would’ve expected better lighting (so dark even when three lights were on), in room coffee machines, toiletries like q-tips, cotton balls, etc. Bathrooms did not have fans so mirrors fogged up immediately. In lobby coffee shop hours were very limited, but there were several local coffee shops nearby. Staff was very friendly, especially bell staff and concierge. Overall a good stay.

We had a great stay. Room was comfortable and had what we needed. The staff was professional and some were exceptional. Our room attendant, Nini, stood out as making our stay memorable with her professional work ethic and kindness. Would stay here again. Also enjoyed the restaurant

Honestly, the best hotel experience in New York. A very cool space with the kindest and most helpful staff anywhere.

The room was clean, staff were so nice and helpful. The food was great, and the location was perfect. Our whole experience was amazing and simply could not ask for me. Thank you for a great time!!
