Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex DFW Ski Vacations

The building itself is gorgeous and the location is wonderful. Beyond that, I was underwhelmed by the quality of the room itself. It’s an old building, so I expected a dated interior and looked forward to the charm. I was instead met with a musty room, dirty mini fridge, lots of noise, and low water pressure when taking showers. Our last night in the room, there was an issue with the toilet. We were told we could move rooms (11:30 at night) or use the publicly available bathrooms. We chose to just tough it out since we were leaving in the morning. Staff was pleasant enough, but for the price we will definitely be choosing another hotel next time.

Could use a mini fridge but otherwise excellent. Wonderful staff , pool, & gym.

1) The room didn't have a fridge. We requested one and they brought it but this is basic. 2) The pool on the 3rd floor is kind of dirty and you have to go up using the stairs. There's another pool on the 19th floor but it's only for 21+ (not family friendly). 3) The room is nice. 4) Location is perfect, close to everything.

Paid a lot of money only to be given a room right next to elevator and was placed in an ADA room ( not ada) when asked about an upgrade they didn’t even make an effort to accommodate us or listen to us. When we arrived our room was muggy and ac didn’t work, again we asked for an upgrade but instead they offered their after hours hvac guy to come to the room to resolve the issue. Thankfully he was able to fix it, but a better accommodation would of been greatly appreciated considering how much we paid for it and for being Hilton Honors members
