Live Oak Island Ski Vacations

Room was amazing, all though the jacuzzi jets were dirty so once i turned them on the water got really gross. They need to do better at cleaning. I was certainly disappointed because i got the room for the jacuzzi and didn’t get to use it because it was filthy.

Staff was friendly and overall the hotel was decent but the room does show a lot of wear and tear, especially the bathroom. Also finding long hairs inside the folded bath towels was a turn off. I ended up buying my own towels to use for the rest of our stay.

Best place to stay in Orlando either with your family or friends hands down. Very clean. Super kind and friendly staff all throughout the resort. Make your you visit all the pools and game room also.

The first room (villa) was substandard - not at all close to the photos - quite misleading- I requested another room and they gave us a “flat” which was better but we realized the patio door (we were on the first floor near a heavy traffic area)- the door would not lock - they sent maintenance but we missed our reservations because we didn’t want to leave the room until it was fixed - then we experienced a lot of the lights flickering and we had plans on eating at their “Barbarann” food van and it was closed due to a “private event” on Friday night.

Staff were wonderfully courteous, I tipped the check-in lady and the guy who brought water to my room, and the room itself was wonderfully comfortable and quiet, and I could not have had a better experience - thank you!! :-)

We loved everything about this hotel to include the smell! We are very big on hotels that are truly the full package and can honestly say this hotel is top notch! We stayed for 6 nights and loved every moment, so much that we rarely left. The food, drinks, ambiance, cleanliness, smell, and the staff, literally everything was superb! I have never said that I wanted to return to a specific state just for a singular hotel, but that has changed. I will take the 5 hour flight to Florida just to stay at the beautiful Ette Hotel again in the future!!

Overall the stay was good. Room was clean and updated. Do not sign up for any time share presentations. We had a medical emergency and had to fight for our money back. Didnt appreciate the pushy/ rude staff when it came to that just do yourself a favor and say no to all of it upfront.

Staff was very courteous and amenities are very nice. The kitchen was lacking pot holders and spatula.

Clean room, helpful staff, and a well-equipped gym. Unfortunately, it was too cold to swim, but the pools looked great!

Check in was easy, room was very clean and the hotel was quiet. Great location for shopping.

Great option but a little bit expensive
