One of the best places we’ve ever stayed. We had an amazing view of downtown Chicago from our floor, and our executive suite was clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. The customer service and our room were excellent.

I must say, this hotel is the best we’ve ever stayed at! I’m a frequent traveler who usually stays in 4-5 star hotels, so this really stands out. From the front desk to the housekeeping, everything is wonderfully organized. I can tell he’s a great businessman, beyond what we know!
We chose to stay here because my husband’s birthday was coming up, and they sent him a cute cake! He absolutely loved it! The gym is spacious, and the pool area and sauna are a plus. Plus, it’s conveniently located near the River Walk, with a shortcut to get right in.
We’re giving it a 9/10 and loving it!

Service was not as good as what I have experienced at other Nobu hotels. Some basic things like TVs are not working and looks like for sometime.
