Overall, the property was nice for the price that we paid. It is close to the target center, which was nice for the concert we were attending. The only negative thing was when we arrived at 4:15 PM we were told our room wasn’t ready yet and check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM. That was a little frustrating as we had an event that we needed to get ready for.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament. When checking in, there were a lot of people, but only 1 person working the desk and he was also trying to train a new associate. This young man, curly black hair and mustache (I didn’t get his name) was the saving grace of this whole experience. He went over and above and was very professional with the checking in chaos. The major downside was there was no AC in the rooms. Each room was over 75 degrees with the hallways being extremely warmer than the room. Luckily the windows opened up a little bit.

Pool was great. The staff was very helpful. What I really liked was getting a text after we checked in to find out if we needed anything. I responded that we would like a fan in our room while we were at the Wolves game and within minutes I was informed that it had been put in our room. Great location, right across the street from the Target Center by walkway. Close to great restaurants downtown. I highly recommend this place.

Fabulous all around. Great place. We will be back.
