The location is fantastic for the price. Those reasons alone are why I would stay again. Rooms are clean but outdated and beat up. Our ceiling had multiple large cracks. Service was iffy - front desk did everything they could to ignore us and hope the other guy would help. They were complaining to each other openly. Room service, however, super kind and great. Oliver’s was super kind and great service. Kid friendly space. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

The hotel was great and they gave me a free upgrade to a high floor, I had requested to pay. Thank you to the staff for doing that! The location was AMAZING, I used Uber for everything once I arrived and it was so close to everything the Uber’s were around $25 or less!
The only reason for 4 stars is the overnight parking is very pricey but I paid it and was not worried about my rental at all.

I love this little hotel! Yes, the rooms are on the smaller side, but we weren’t planning to spend much time in our room anyway. It took us about 2 minutes to walk to Climate Pledge Arena for the Torrent game, and about 5 minutes to walk everywhere else we wanted to go.
The staff are friendly and helpful and the view is spectacular.
The kitchenette is perfect for storing and reheating leftovers. I will always stay here when visiting Seattle!
