Can’t say enough about Tugu and its staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. We had an early flight to catch and they had breakfast prepared for us at 6am, usually not available until 7am. Highly recommend staying here.

Amazing location on high ground overlooking the beach. Downside is not being close to water which disnt bother us.

Great location! Away from the hustle bustle and close enough to great restaurants, sunset venues and beaches. Note there really isn’t a beach out front but plenty of swimmable beaches close by. We stayed in a pool access room - well worth the upgrade as the rooms towards the front of the hotel lack privacy and exposed to late night music. The chilled pool and terraced restaurant are highlights! Staff are incredibly sweet and friendly. Menu is hit and miss. Order the pork belly and sweet potato fries! Bfast every morning is delicious and good people watching. Seriously best coffee! Double shot lattes. Sleeping was comfortable with nightly turn down service and air conditioned rooms. We left doors open and fan on. Roosters and birds are a nice way to wake up around 5am. They also serve afternoon tea with selection of tea, coffee and light bites complimentary to pool villas.

My wife and I stayed for a week during our honeymoon and were made to feel so welcome. Everyone was so lovely and kind. We appreciated all the ways that they made our honeymoon feel extra special! We managed to enjoy relaxation and adventure in equal parts, including surfing directly in front of the hotel and snorkelling at the North Gilis with a boat also taking us directly from the hotel. We really enjoyed the Indonesian cooking class offered by the hotel and found the themed nights at the restaurant, particularly the flavours of the archipelago, extremely satisfying. Overall could not imagine our honeymoon anywhere else, thank you so much to the entire team that made it so special!

Friendly services, clean , good ocean view

My wife and I stayed for a week during our honeymoon and were made to feel so welcome. Everyone was so lovely and kind. We appreciated all the ways that they made our honeymoon feel extra special! We managed to enjoy relaxation and adventure in equal parts, including surfing directly in front of the hotel and snorkelling at the North Gilis with a boat also taking us directly from the hotel. Was quite shocked. Upon checking in, served a welcome drink, which was great but after that was just downhill. No towels were in the room and tried to call the front desk but the phone was disconnected. It took hours to get the towels. Power outage continued for so long and occurred frequently. The color of water was terrible… even for 1 night, wasn’t rest at all…
