Most noticeable was the excellent customer service, prompt responses to requests and amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely look to stay again.

The Kempinski Jakarta is a great place to stay. The staff are very professional and make you feel welcome. The facilities are excellent and the breakfast superb. It's very well located with direct access to the Grand Indonesia Mall. It's close the the MRT and to a Transjakarta bus route.
