It was fine. I traveled with my 6 year old but food choices were not great.

Ok, love this place and have been for over a decade can you please update the shower heads and etc …. It’s time

Loved this hotel. What an amazing find in such a big city. History and Nostalgia with an excellent Diner attached. Had a great engagement checking in and checking out as well as in the parking lot with valet parking. The room was comfortable and so fun and the pool was amazing - what a great location. Will definitely return

the location, the design, the staff, the room, the vibes were all top tier. If i have to nitpick, there were two things that i would have to mention. If i were entitled id throw a fit, since i am not, i hope that these are only things to be mindful of. If i had another visit to Venice Beach I would definitely stay here again frfr. With that being said… 1) if you happen to rent a car, there is no dedicated on-site parking. It was a really a non-issue, but you may spend an extra 3-5 minutes finding parking. As a solution that has probably already been thought of, I would like it if there was a valet service that collaborated with a local parking area/structure. Additionally, having a space to load-unload that is primarily reserved for Gjellina patrons would make the arrival process slightly easier. Street parking is really easy to find. If you can navigate a Traders Joes parking lot, venice beach parking is a no brainer. 2) the humidity outside is the humidity inside. Maybe i was doing something wrong. There is excellent ventilation, but my swim shorts never really dried. Still a non issue, they were dry enough. IRRRregardless, i highly recommend staying here. The staff is friendly, the welcome cookie is fire, and there a lot of little things that are worth discovering yourself. And dudegirlbrosis, the location?!!! Nothings beats it. Also, beware of coming here for beach music festivals, the city might cancel them because of “weather” and not ticket sales.
