Clean room and prompt response to room provision request. Great customer service. Location close to many good dining options.

Did not eat breakfast at the hotel.

We had a wonder time. Attended a wedding at the hotel during our stay. It was beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Bar closed really early but everything else was great.

I’ve never stayed at a 5 star hotel that charged you for shampoo, soap, or body wash. Considering the price of the hotel I would never expect to see a notice saying we would be charged for taking shampoo. It gives the impression that the hotel is nickel and diming guests. In addition, the idea of reusing stuff from other guests is also gross. The hotel also didn’t provide toothbrushes, combs, or basic toiletries that other 5 star hotels provide. Lastly to add onto the nickle and diming, never in my life have a stayed at a 5 star hotel that charges for sauna and steam room use. Either include that service in the base price or put a notice saying that a charge is required.
