Great location , great view

Great place to stay in Vancouver. We had two kids, one with special needs, and the staff looked after us well. Close to all the amenities of Vancouver. IGA next store for groceries, Hotel has a great little store too.

Good breakfast. The server, Harry was excellent. The person who checked us in Onsmin also very hospitable friendly warm. Also William at checkout very hospitable and the Bellman were also very helpful very friendly smiling. The one slight negative was the Walter thin and we could hear our neighbors. Great location good amenities. It was our 43rd wedding anniversary and the hotel did some special things for that occasion. We will definitely stay here again.

Modern apartment with everything you need. We were only staying one night so didn’t take advantage of the kitchen, but for a longer stay it would be perfect. Everything was very clean, the shower had excellent temperature and pressure, the beds and linens were comfortable. We had our dog with us and he was very pleased with the treats and his bed. Robes were an unexpected bonus. Parking garage was easily accessible, secure and clean. Check in instructions were clear and communication was timely and professional. Would definitely book again!

My favourite hotel to stay at in Vancouver. And I've stayed at most of them so that's definitely saying something. The customer service is unparalleled. Their newly renovated gym is exquisite. Location is the best. It may seem pricey but 1000% worth the money. I cannot recommend it enough.
