A quick one night for an early AM flight, the location to airport was great. Very nice hotel. Dinner in the restaurant was very good and the service excellent. Comfortable.

First-class hotel for a Lisbon city break
We had a fantastic stay at the Hotel Real Palácio. It’s an excellent choice for a city break, particularly because of its location — São Sebastião Metro is only a few minutes’ walk away, with a direct connection to Lisbon Airport.
The hotel itself was absolutely spotless, and the staff were friendly, helpful and always happy to assist. One thing that really stood out was the bar, unlike many 5-star hotels, the prices were actually very reasonable, which was a pleasant surprise.
Breakfast was superb. There was a huge choice available, with plenty of hot and cold options, and everything was fresh and well presented. We genuinely couldn’t fault it.
The only downside during our two-night stay was that the sauna wasn’t working, which was a little disappointing, particularly as it’s one of the hotel’s advertised facilities.
We really enjoyed our stay, it’s a lovely 5-star hotel, in a great location, with excellent staff, a fantastic breakfast and good value for money.

The air conditioning in our room didn’t work so they transferred us to another room, only to find out the air conditioning didn’t work in that room either. Their maintenance staff weren’t available on site to fix the issue and they didn’t have any other rooms available. Finally the hotel was unwilling to discount our stay despite the issues. Although staff were apologetic, we were very disappointed with how much we paid for this room and for what they offered to us in exchange. Definitely not worth the money!!!!

Our air conditioning was not operating properly. Tried to tell us it was normal. It was impossible to sleep. Thank god they had an extra fan for us to use. Great location as well
