Clean, well-maintained hotel with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The spa and pool were convenient and enjoyable. The front desk manager was pleasant; however, warmer and more welcoming smiles from some of the front desk staff would further enhance the guest experience. The taxi service partnership was also very helpful and convenient. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily return.

Overall I had a good experience the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was satisfactory however there was an unclean and unpleasant smell coming from the sink or drainage in the bathroom. It is tired. Needs work. Granddaughter has shellfish allergy and had a reaction as food wasn’t labelled. Called hotel during day to get information but nobody answers. One day room wasn’t clean and they came after we complained but first told us sorry -1the staff may not have time as they will soon go home. Not enough towels one day. Concierge not very helpful. Ordered room service and were told we must pick it up or be charged 10 Euros for delivery. We were there for five days and a family room and should have been upgraded but were put in a room without a view and on ground floor. Shower bar kept falling apart and was not adjustable as tightening knob was broke too. Buffet was 32 Euros and overpriced for the quality of food. Breakfast was good.

This was my second time staying at Crowne Plaza Caparica and I always have a great time. This time around they have a shuttle service that takes you to the beach and can pick you up if you send them a message or call them. Very convenient location and I look forward to coming back again!!!

Nice staff, quiet, and clean hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant isn’t that good but the morning breakfast was decent.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Almost lost my phone and they tried to help me find it. Room was clean and modern. Unfortunately not soundproof enough. Good amenities. There’s a golf course beside it which was a bonus for us. Great view of the sunset and sunrise. Close to the airport.
