The hotel rest room on the main lobby was not clean. Paper on the floor, dirty toilets and sinks. Zoe's Bar had very slow service. It took ten minutes to get seated in the lounge. Another ten minutes for a server to get our order. And a full half an hour to get our cocktails and appetizers. The hotel room in general needs an update. The fixtures in the bathroom are coming away from the wall and sink. The shower has very poor temperature controls. The windows are filthy. The blinds are either up or down. There are no privacy shears which could give added protection from the building across the street. Overall, I felt that this hotel is not up to the standard of other Fairmonts that I have visited in Banff and Toronto,

Clean and close to a lot things

This is a beautiful property in a perfect location. Hotel is very old. Our bathroom sink leaked. Hand held shower head would not stay in holder and spray everywhere. Very low water pressure in our room. Hard to get shampoo out of hair.

The hotel was great. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and staff was great. FYI the bathrooms are open concept. All opened to the actual room besides the toilet, clear glass showers. The area was not the best area. Didn’t feel comfortable walking around alone.
