Staff was friendly. Spacious room and bathroom. Bed was huge and comfortable. location is good, near metro and bus station, convenient store, restaurants all within short walking distance.

This has to be the most unique, clean, and wonderful hotel. The hospitality of the staff is so welcoming and they are very knowledgeable and helpful with questions / directions .

Absolutely loved this stay. Just a 10-minute walk to the Bund, with charming old houses along the way. The room was spotless, the bed super comfortable, and I slept like a baby. Great water pressure in the shower. The laundry room on the 4th floor was a huge plus—wash and dry in one go. Nice gym for a quick morning workout, and the rooftop terrace has an amazing view of Lujiazui at night. Front desk staff were friendly, efficient, and even recommended some great local Shanghainese restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Good location, good staff

I have very mixed feelings about our stay: Positives: - location (close to subway, supermarket next door,etc) - friendly and helpful reception staff (don't really speak English but use a translator device and keen to help). - big room with a separate area for kids Negatives: - overall decor and cleanliness - as children stay free no amenities were provided for them. Had to ask for bedding and towels on arrival. Their bed never got made or enough towels left. - very rude staff in the breakfast bar (apart from the young guy on a couple of mornings) - rooms only cleaned superficially, sink and floor dirty, mushrooms sprouting in the shower. - limited breakfast options for western palates, not much variety from day to day. - no free ice-cream in lobby. My kids were disappointed. We stayed for 9 days and it wasn't available once. Don't advertise if you're not going to restock it. - view from our winfow: ask for street view if you can!

Friendly staff, especially Mandy, a very attractive lady at the reception, look for her, she is running the show, a problem solver.. Other staff are also friendly and helpful.. Room is big.. bathroom is not. Breakfast is mostly Chinese, can be improved by adding some cheese and more salad.. No complimentary coffee in rooms, only Chinese tea :)

The room was spotless, The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service. Check-in, Check-out was a breeze and Gene was very helpful and so was the hotel manager. I highly recommend this hotel if you plan to vist Guangzhou for business/pleasure. Thank you!

The rooms were nicely designed and clean but there was a very strong sewing smell which was terrible. Otherwise, the staff were all very friendly and helpful and the location was great!
