Staff was friendly and very nice, food was good but pricey; prepare to pay for parking

Somewhat nice. The view of the river is pretty. I hate that they told me they sold out of our room so they gave me a cheaper option (they did give me a free drink) the only other issue is there’s a required fee for riding a bike, and a dinner credit. I didn’t once use it and still got charged.

Definitely worth being on the 12th floor just be careful the door handles can be jiggly but the views are awesome the restaurant downstairs by the lobby was great service was awesome was easy to accommodate as long as we gave them a heads up considering our flight was two hour delayed they made sure our rooms were secured

I loved the historic architecture. The rooms were spacious and designed so beautifully.

Extremely convenient to shops, clubs, restaurants, downtown, and safe area for young and old alike. Being an 25 year retired Air Force veteran who has traveled all over the world, this hotel rates very high amongst all the hotels the hotel I've ever visited! Great job!!!!!!
