The main asset for this hotel is its staff. Very polite and helpful. The hotel is in a very busy nightlife spot and it’s difficult to sleep at weekends. We were surprised our room wasn’t cleaned on return from a day out but cleaning staff had left. No frills hotel but comfortable bed and nice staff Prob best for stag and hen parties

Love these chain of hotels , beds are amazing, always clean rooms and decent breakfast. You can get a voucher for parking which makes parking cheapie has to be in the car park round the side of the hotel . Enjoyed our stay

Room was clean and full of everything you could need, staff were friendly and helpful

The Municipal is a truly beautiful hotel, perfectly located for exploring Liverpool and full of history and character. I especially loved the old postcards displayed in the frames, which made the building’s past feel alive and added such a personal touch. The people who work there were wonderful—warm, kind and welcoming. It is a very special place that I will always keep in my heart.
