Our stay exceeding all expectations! The entire property was top notch.
The generous surprise of a room upgrade solidified Encore as our favorite Boston Hotel. Floor to ceiling windows looking towards Boston is probably the best view of any room in the city.
Our meal at Rare (their premiere steakhouse) will always stand out as one if the best meals of our lives. Everything about the meal was outstanding, especially the service. The Encore is absolutely a 5 Star experience. Highly recommend.

Pros: The hotel is in a wonderful location and all the staff were courteous
Cons: The room was very outdated and had visible mold in the bathroom. Our room had not been restocked with toilet paper/toiletries when we arrived so had to go find those items from house keeping. The hotel also ran out of regular coffee pods so only decaf was available
For the price, I would find a different hotel
