Had a great experience at PAX. Was there for 8 days. Staff were excellent. Dillon and aphram at the breakfast were amazing. Very helpful. Will definitely stay there again. Breakfast was amazing. Many selection to choose from.

I had a fantastic stay in the Loulou Suite, which was clean, bright, spacious, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit. The highlight was undoubtedly the balcony. With the amazing weather during my stay, it was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee and croissant while taking in the view. There's also a great local bakery, Cyprian, just up the hill, making mornings even better. Despite the exceptionally hot temperatures outside, the air conditioning performed brilliantly. I actually found myself a little chilly some evenings and appreciated having the duvet available, which is a testament to how effective the cooling system is. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast throughout my stay, handling TV streaming and work calls without any issues. The hotel's location is excellent and ideal for exploring Paris on foot. I was able to walk to many of the city's most famous attractions, including the Champs-Élysées, Arc de Triomphe, Trocadéro, Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Opéra district, and numerous shopping areas. It's also perfectly situated for visiting the Moulin Rouge, which is just a short walk away along well-lit streets. As a solo traveller, I felt safe walking around both during the day and in the evening. The front-of-house team were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout my stay, always happy to help when needed. We (Married Couple) travelled through Paris Aug 5-7 and stayed 2 nights at this quaint and well established hotel. The hotel has a beautiful view of the Arc up the street and is very convenient to many popular destinations. We walked 24,000 steps our 1 full day, and it was wonderful to come back to our room with AC and have quality rest. The queen bed we had was comfortable, the bathroom was well equipped and overall felt clean and comfortable. Be ready for a smaller elevator (comfortable size for 2 people), but there were also stairs right through the centre of the hotel if you want. The downstairs had extra amenities and we tried the breakfast the 2nd morning on our travel day out of the city, which was a good variety of Parisian tastes. We would stay here again.

I like the location. The hotel is very quiet. It is a bit dated but it is still very nice. Wish they had better toilet paper.

I had a very pleasant stay at Capri Hotel in Frankfurt, and I would especially like to thank the manager, Mohammed for his excellent service. He was very friendly, professional, helpful, and always welcoming. His positive attitude and attention to guests made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Mohammed, for your outstanding hospitality. You are a great asset to the hotel, and I truly appreciate everything you did to make my stay comfortable. I would be happy to stay at Capri Hotel again and highly recommend it.
