"I stayed with my family from Friday to Sunday on April 2024. It is ridiculously well located, in front of one of the most beautiful churches of this region. If I go back to Colmar, I would definitely try to stay on the same place. The landlords were very nice. I recommend to send immediately a message using WhatsApp to them. Specially if you are traveling from Germany. That way they are fully informed of your arrival and departure time."

"Very well equipped and very clean apartment. Set on hillside within walking distance (10 minutes) from town. Steep on way back but you could use car, we are in our 70’s and not a problem. Great outdoor space, with barbecue, table and chairs, loungers and, of course the view. Jean- Pierre speaks very good English and lives above the apartment. He is very helpful but not intrusive. "Property better than expected. I am not a smoker so was concerned there would be a smell of cigarettes, but there was not. Apartment is on top floor and has two great terraces. Tram stop into Strasbourg was very close. We used the trams lot and also walked in a few times. The centre was a very pleasant 4km flat walk. Would stay again"

"We loved our time here at the Effala suite. It was located right in the middle of the heart of Colmar so lots to see and do outside but there was a nice quiet courtyard inside the gate when you wanted to get away from the crowds. I picked this place for the views out the windows and that did not disappoint. We stayed there early May, so it wasn’t too hot without air conditioning, but may be a factor at other times of year. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again....

They offered no discount or even free coffee.. we were told our room was ready 3 times and after walking up 87 steps up we find out its not.
