Staff was very nice and helpful. Note: this area closes down at night-- not much to do after 5 pm, and not the safest location

We enjoyed our stay at the Go Quito Hotel. The rooms were clean, stylish, and comfortable, and the views from the rooftop restaurant were absolutely beautiful. The front desk staff were pleasant, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. However, service at the rooftop restaurant was quite slow for both breakfast and dinner, and it often seemed understaffed. The coffee was also never served hot enough. Overall, a very nice hotel with excellent accommodations and views, but the restaurant service could use some improvement.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I loved the decor. I have to give special shoutout to the staff members who made the experience very pleasant, which included Freddy, Joz, and Gustavo. They were very attentive and accommodating. I don’t feel the need to explore other options for hotels to stay at when I come to Quito again because I only want to stay here. That’s how much I loved it!

This hotel is a very beautiful and charming hotel. Food and customer service is top shelf. The views are amazing. The Panoramic views room are the best selection offering more space.

Awesome hotel!! Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, gotta try the Encebollado ;) Great location, nearby park, and shopping malls, and plenty of restaurants. The rooms are spacious, very clean ..the lotion smells so good! Loved the sauna, jacuzzi and pool! Nearby flower stand sells 2 dozen long stem roses for $1! Love, love Quito :)
