Great place to stay, easy 5 minute walk to cruise terminal

After being disappointed with another hotel we moved to the Opus. The staff were fantastic, especially Kaveh. When we shared that we had a poor experience elsewhere he offered to show us a room so we could see the layout, cleanliness, and overall condition of the room. While we worked on trying to cancel our existing reservation, he offered us each a glass of local sparkling rose (surprisingly good btw) to help us relax and feel more welcome in Vancouver. Kaveh continued to check in w us and welcome us back every time we entered the lobby. The other staff were also very friendly and engaging. I’m recommending The Opus to any friend who travel to Vancouver and will stay there my next trip to Vancouver.

The one-bedroom suite is more spacious than the one at the Richards location. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is very convenient. The bed is comfortable, and I also really like the open closet, storage room, and bathtub. The suite has a nice view facing Granville, and I love the office desk and dining table as well.

Rooms : very clean and comfortable. Service : even if the services are all virtual, but support was really quick and very helpful. Location : super good location. there are so many good restaurants nearby.

We were there for 7 nights but they just stopped servicing our room after the third night. We made sure the privacy sign was not enabled. We don’t go through towels quickly so we were able to stretch it, but it would have been nice if they had made up the room daily.
