A good location for transportation with tram, train and Sky Bus options. All were only a few minutes' walk away. Marvel Stadium was very close. The room, however, was extremely basic and had a view of a triangular roof with the other side of a building, blocking any real sunlight or life in general- more like a prison cell. There were no USB ports, no water bottles supplied or on the room service list. The room was clean though and very quiet. The restaurant does not cater for evening meals. Fortunately, there were some nice restaurants available within walking distance. Just not good enough for the price paid.

Excellent communication from staff. Suggest documenting how to ride the free tram from Southern Cross Station to the hotel.

When we first walked in it seemed lovely. But there are a few things that definitely need your attention. The ensuite bathroom was a disaster. The toilet continually filled up 24 hours a day...there was black hair all over the floor , there was mould in the shower, the right hand sink wouldn't drain so we didn't use it at all and the smell coming out of the drain was awful. You told us to use the towels from our room for the pool and spa,,but what we were supposed to use when we came back to shower? In the kitchen you need at least one tea towel to dry the few dishes we used and more detergent. The beds were comfy and linen was nice. There needs to be better communication about where to check in as well. We wandered around for ages trying to find out where to go.

The room is very dated but they do state they’re renovating come 2026. We had multiple problems with accessing our room. Everyone we’d leave the hotel and come back, our keys wouldn’t work. The blanket/doona had food marks on it from a different patron and the fridge had food in it still.

Convenient location for conference. Clean well appointed room

Location was great. Near tram stop and close to restaurants and shops.

Staff were warm and friendly Facilities were new Cleanliness needs to be improved as I found a used ear plug on the floor left by previous guests

Very nice hotel. Clean room and very very soft pillows. Your head will sink into them asap. Very friendly staff. Great location. Crown casino is a stone throw away

Because there is a nightclub downstairs it was so difficult to sleep. The noise was ridiculous and it went until the early hours of the morning. We were on the sixth floor and it was extremely loud. I feel for anyone staying on the lower floors. We only got told about the nightclub when checking in. When paying over $300 a night to stay you wouldn’t expect to have to put up with that level of noise. I would never stay again.
