Wonderful staff across the board! Good liquor and bartenders, nice beach, food was great at all locations. AC was great, room was quiet, good bed, linens, towels, . I did miss a lighted alarm clock but maybe I didn’t need to know what time it was ….

I had read online that it is so hard to book dinners at restaurants so I was proactive about this and informed the staff about it and they seemed to agree that it’s hard to book? We were 5 people so not a huge group and we had a hard time booking any dinner at any time or restaurant we wanted we either got a restaurant we didn’t like or very late times especially during the entertainment activities they do from 8-9pm. We also were told that we had a reservation at the stakehouse one day and we went there and they had no record of it so we had to go to the open buffet. The buffet food was mid. The drinks were so mid as well. I would not go back here again

Staff was amazing like ABSOLUTELY amazing , food was amazing in every restaurant, so many activities to do. The only thing me and my gf didn’t like so much was the fact that we had to ask them multiple times to clean our room and give us extra towels, slippers, water, or change the bed sheets. Otherwise, everything was so perfect especially the restaurants and the buffet ( it had a lot of variety of foods and very clean)

The room was clean - the staff doing a good job - but is not a kid friendly except the pool ,, there’s no activities for kids ,, except the kids club which is a small room with toys that’s it !! The food was average nothing spectacular - sometimes they close the buffet for no reason and one of restaurants as well,, I don’t know why — also the buffet one day I saw a small cockroach near the food ,, makes me thinking about the cleanliness of the kitchen ,, overall is okay

Breakfast is good, lot of pool area, friendly staff, food/drinks are expensive

This is by far the most amazing resort! Friendly, clean, and the food was top tier food!!
