Excellent stay. The only 2 downsides were that the keycard access on the door was not working due to a dead battery. However, they quickly accommodated us in a different room so I was happy with how they resolved it for us. The other was the long wait time to get our car from the valet. Great breakfast and very friendly staff. Would stay again!

Long breakfast wait is long if you’re not arrive early. Parking fee is relatively cheap compared to nearby hotels. Bathroom door isn’t well planned.

Superb hotel. Beautiful rooms. Wonderful staff. Food is delicious and surprisingly well-priced for any hotel let alone a higher end hotel. The outdoor patio is a great place to enjoy happy hour away from the crowds. Perfect location for business or personal travel. Hard to imagine a better hotel experience.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The bedroom itself was tastefully done. The bathroom was extremely tiny. There was no counter space to put a cosmetic bag or other items which would make it difficult for a woman traveling. The closet was also extremely small.

The room was so comfortable . Great shopping . Great area to stay for your first time .

Dark and old. Showing its age. Have done several Four Seasons and feels like this one does not rep the brand.

I didn’t like the bathroom doors. They came together before you could remove your hand. I got my fingers caught. It was very painful. I told the staff and she said she could get me ice. I am still in pain7 days later. I thought they should offer a discount for pain and suffering.
