It's ok to stay for short term I didn't see a pool and furniture in the room I had needed updating. Other than that its a cool place.

Muy amplio el cuarto mejor de lo que esperaba, adentro del cuarto todo en orden y muy limpio pero no pude usar uno de los balcones ya que hay muchas palomas y el piso esta demasiado sucio; el hotel esta cerca de muchos bares y pues toca decir q se siente el ruido de la calle pero la ubicación esta espectacular, cerca de todo. 8/10 le doy.

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The shower was poor, and the parking situation was horrible. Guests have to park outside, and unfortunately, my rental car was hit by another vehicle while it was parked. We also left the cleaning sign outside our door, but apparently the room was marked as Do Not Disturb, so housekeeping did not clean the room or leave fresh towels. We had to ask for clean towels ourselves, and the blankets were not changed during our stay. The TV was another issue. It would constantly stall while loading, making it impossible to watch anything. On top of that, the air conditioner made a constant clicking sound throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I expected much better service and accommodations. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

The penthouse is absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and spacious. It has plenty of bathrooms, which is a huge plus when traveling with a large group. Everything was very clean, and they provided everything we needed. It’s the perfect place for a family getaway or even a romantic date. The balcony has a great view, and I absolutely loved the location. The area feels very safe, and there are always security officers nearby. I’m definitely coming back! Highly recommended!

Location outstanding. Nature amazing. Food: absolutely overpriced for nothing special. Good quality but only good for insane prices: room service slow, again insane prices for tiny portions: for example: roasted cauliflower main cause: one small Slice of cauliflower 28$ plus service charge plus delivery plus tax. Restaurants: same! Mediocre quality, nothing outstanding only outstanding insane prices. Can’t find much variety on property either, all the same stuff. Also: everybody is only wanting even more money, for already outstandingly high prices. I like quality and service but real quality and not this. In other places of the world this would have been bankrupt long time ago. Next good food or any kind of interesting activity is 60 minutes away, so you are stuck with 250$ breakfasts for an omelette…. Sad. Location and rooms are beautiful, but ….
