Check in staff were rude. They told multiple customers to wait, and then let others check in. I joined a queue behind one of these customers, but when it was my turn, was told that i was not indeed next. I then asked where was the queue, and the lady didnt even know. Rooms smelled of cigarettes, the only restaurant I saw open was the buffet for breakfast and the sports bar which was completely empty both nights I checked, didn’t feel clean for a 5 star hotel

My partner and I loved our stay here. Staff are kind and helpful. We enjoyed the amenities, especially the heated outdoor pool was very nice. Our room was very spacious, clean, and had a beautiful city view. Parking is also ample and spacious, and I also saw that they have an airport shuttle which is another added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.
