Excellent location for the O2. The hotel even has it's own walkway and entrance to the O2. Clean room, comfy beds and a great breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

First time in London, we wanted to stay somewhere nice and close to the sites by walking, but also gave us a chance to explore the more laid back areas. This had a good location, great service, very helpful staff, very fancy room and clean comfortable bed. Thought about staying longer, I'd definitely stay again.

Everything you would expect from the Shangri-La. Great service, great rooms. The Shard is a unique building. It is iconic. The views of London are unparalleled. Really enjoy staying on South Bank. Easy access to everything via the London Bridge tube station.
