House keeping was exceptional, the house keeping personal was friendly and very helpful. Reception desk answers all my questions and suggested place to eat. Can't say enough about it. If and when I come back to the UK I will definitely stay @ same place. Thanks Park Plaza Waterloo.

We always chose Sea Containers for our stay in London. We have stayed at this property more than a dozen times.

Great location, but the photos of the rooms were quite deceptive. Though the rooms are very well kept and clean, the images made the rooms look much larger. DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION DURING A WARM PERIOD. Though air conditioning is listed as an amenity, our room was at 25C (77F) during our entire last evening. We called reception in the middle of the night, and a very condescending young man arrived at our room indicating nothing was wrong. I know enough about HVAC to assess that there was a system issue that the staff would not acknowledge. When we went onto the balcony the next morning, several rooms on the balcony level had their balcony doors fully open.

Everything was good-the location, staff, amenities, etc. However, last morning electricty to the telephone, coffee pot, A/C, alarm cl;ock and 1 wall socket didn't work.

The hotel location was excellent and all the staff were really helpful

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, even though it was quite short. The upgraded room was definitely the highlight for me, and I truly appreciated that benefit. However, I do have one concern. Although my room was prepaid, the upgrade was an additional charge. I believe the invoice (folio) for this extra charge should have been either sent to my email or provided to me at checkout, as it is separate from the Expedia booking. Unfortunately, I did not receive any folio or confirmation for my stay. Aside from this issue, everything else was very good. I would certainly consider choosing this hotel again for a future stay.

La propiedad está situada de manera conveniente muy cerca de Westminster, London Eye. Lo recomiendo muchísimo si vas con niños. Es un hotel que no te defraudará. La relación beneficio costo es 10/10. Yo pasé 6 noches allí con mi esposa y mis 3 hijos, la zona es muy segura y hay habitaciones con vista a Elizabeth Tower, ( Big Ben). El desayuno para adulto incluye uno para niño y de verdad es suficiente y es bueno. Repito muy buena relación beneficio corto. Gracias Novotel Waterloo. Casi todo está a distancia caminando, incluyendo Buckinham palace.
