Excellent stay. Loved the washer in the room, helped our traveling become more smooth.

Clean room, nice staff, kitchen was nice and location was good.

The hotel was easy to find and very close to the train station and convenient stores. The deluxe Japanese room is spacious even for 4-6 adults, clean and modern, same for the furniture fixtures; shower and toilet rooms were just as spacious and clean. Amenities are more than we needed; laundry machine had easy instructions. Front desk staff was INCREDIBLY helpful and so polite. The deck was a bonus, although the train tracks were right across the street, the view is still just as wonderful. Really enjoyed this property and would return again. Highly recommend to stay here.

Staff was was very kind, the property and gardens were stunning & polished, and the accessibility to the bus station and train station was great. If you are looking to travel to Tokyo I highly recommend staying at Hotel Chinzanso if you want to be pampered.

The staff was great, everything was clean & it is in a great location, only thing that would have been nice is if there were more options for the breakfast buffet since toast and soup get pretty repetitive after a 4 day stay. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay & would recommend to international travellers!

Highlights: Great location, clean rooms, great a/c, delicious breakfast, the 2 twin room was spacious. Lowlights: The double room was very small. Overall, great stay. Would definitely come back if I need to be in this area. Lots of things to do. Close to Shinjuku Station which was very convenient.
