11th floor at front of Hotel was noisy with freeway traffic. Very clean and meals were nice.

Great property - old world charm with excellent service. Try and stay a Friday or Sat afternoon to enjoy free food and an amazing musician by the koi pond on the 2nd floor. Great location in the heart of the Chinatown action. Highly recommend and we'll be back soon.

My family used to love to stayed at this hotel, I haven’t come for a long time. We stayed at this hotel this time for our mom memory , she loved this hotel . It’s disappointing to see our family favorite hotel looks more ran down. Staff at the front desk not friendly, doesn’t feel welcoming. I booked 4 rooms. When we checked out, one of the room missed one key card , we get charged 200 baht. We travel so often , but for sure we are not coming back.

Great stay friendly staff

Its quite a well kept and clean hotel and even though the staff weren't good in explaining things in English they utilized the internet apps available quite well to assist us in our everyday queries. Very efficient and helpful staff. Centrally located in the city just close to my meeting venue at the ICAO Regional office and closer to 2 huge shopping malls. Very convenient.
