I arrived at 11.53pm and waited until 1am. No one showed up. there was no one in the lobby and no answer on the phone it said to contact in case of… I went to a stationery fest (huge event) and apparently they sold our rooms to the biggest bidder, so many of us had no place to stay. i had the reservations for about 8 months in advance. I had to look for a hotel at 1am while it was raining. So unreliable that I’m surprised expedia backs this hotel. The taxi driver asked me if it was even a hotel, if i was sure. There is no sign outside the hotel, no lights at all.
