The guide who led our tour of the Peace Museum was wonderful; she even gave us a card, and the children enjoyed the experience very much.

Good hotel, excellent for the value, great staff, handy restaurant, and room was clean and well accommodated.

Great location right across from train station. Enjoyed the lounge access (18 flr) very relaxing way to start and end the day.

Stay was alright. Room was big, bed comfortable but our experience was tainted by the fact our luggage delivery wasn’t done properly and none of the two staff confirmed a date, emailed us after we checked out to tell us that not only the luggage was still at the hotel (I have it to them the day before in the hope of receiving it at the next hotel 48hrs later…) I was offered to send it straight to the airport but refused a refund or compensation for the stress + the fact that I had to buy clothes as I was left with no luggage for for 2 days which I find disappointing. Other than that, hotel is located in a good spot, bath was enjoyable and comfy , bed very comfy and we didn’t have any cleanliness issues. Our room had a lovely view, we loved that we could use our Netflix and other services on the TV. So it was overall good, just felt the customer service could have been a bit better
