Wonderful hotel and staff. Beautiful harbor views from the room. Short distance to the harbor bridge; ability to walk across to downtown, catch ferries and see many key sights.

Biggest issue of our stay with the 2 x 2 bedroom apartments we booked is that the oven and cooktop in the kitchen that is shown in the pics of the 2 bed apartments online is not able to be used. Due to strict dietary requirements we needed to prepare our own food. The poorly equipped kitchen even has two frypans in it! Other than that, the housekeeping service is hit and miss, you have to beg for it, ask several times each day. Even then they may not come. My 87 & 86 year old parents had to clean their own room, one day. Found three housekeepers on the day they didn’t come, in a room, 1 working, 1 talking, 1 on her phone. We paid $4,200 in accom for 10 nights in total, and then to be charged $38 per day for carparking is despicable. Staff always friendly.
