Greater Wellington Romantic Vacations

We had requested 3 single beds (twice ) but on arrival found we’d been allocated one double and one sofa bed. Had to be moved to another room. 3 beds made up but only 2 chairs. Phone not working. And no information regarding internet password. Helpful staff who addressed our issues.

Wonderful stay close to everything staff fantastic

Initially we had done problems. Water temperature in room was terrible. Some staff in bar not friendly/helpful. However - when speaking to concierge he immediately rectified the issues. Changed our room and treated us well. His customer service made a big difference. French waitress at Hippo restaurant was a delight. Overall very good and will stay again.

The hotel was for a conference, the venue was clean and convenient. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. The room i had was dated but exceptionally clean. The view from my window was of the back of the hotel, which was a run down street area. Easy walk to the harbour . Amenities outside the Hotel were a 10 min walk. The hitel has amasing sea views if you are lucky to get the room with the views.

Awesome Atmosphere fantastic food in Restaurant and we also weren't charged for our Desert as we were celebrating our 13th Wedding Anniversary 😀 Got an hour longer given to us for checkout....Thank you

Beautiful hotel very central, walking distance to everywhere, great amenities, comfortable beds and beautiful rooms.
