Beautiful property outside, inside is dated, my bathroom

The reception staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful.

hotel very nice. room was cold. needed extra blanket. none in closet. only stayed one night. would stay again but request a blanket for the bed.

The whole hotel rooms are definitely tired … It’s an old building. But I have to say the staff was top-notch and for that reason I would definitely go back

Professional staff, front desk was impeachable all the time I needed. Red Horse bar and restaurant always nice vibe!!!

The hotel smelled very nice when you walked in from the front door. The room and bathroom was clean & it had scope, toothpaste, toothbrush & 6 large towels in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable & the price was right. The room was warm & cozy.

WiFi does work. Hotel smells cigarettes even in common arras.

Room was imaculate, front desk staff was very efficient and polite. Loved that there was a microwave and coffee maker in the room. Grab and go allowed me to get a quick, microwaveable dinner without having to find a restaurant
