I’ve been a loyal customer of this hotel since it opened, and it’s become my preferred choice. However, my recent stay was disappointing due to the poor condition of the bathroom shower.
I’ve noticed this issue in multiple stays, but it’s particularly prevalent in this particular room. The showerhead is clogged with residue, and the shower itself doesn’t appear or feel clean. I’ve also noticed mildew growing in the bathroom, which made it uncomfortable to shower. So I did not shower during my stay.
I wouldn’t have taken a shower in the bathroom without shower flip-flops, and that’s enough to deter me from returning. I’m probably just one more stay away from never coming back because of the bathroom conditions.
I regret not informing someone at checkout about the shower issue, but I was on a tight schedule.
