Pros: Perfect location for hanging out on south beach. Whether to just sit at their cafe downstairs just people watching or take a stroll across the street at Muscle Park, you have a variety of fun activities to choose from. Complimentary American breakfast between 7-11AM and a free drink (5-7pm) was included with our reservation which made they stay that much more enjoyable. Shower pressure was good which something I always take into consideration when booking a hotel. Just make sure to adjust that hot water valve carefully or you will get burned as that hot water was scolding hot. Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. Cons: View from the room was not the best (i.e., staring at a side of the adjacent building) unless you book the beach view rooms. Complimentary breakfast was limited to only (3) options although they had several other items on their menu. Some fixtures in the bathroom shelf were broken/falling down. Valet parking had been excessively long wait times (20-30 minutes) even though their wasn’t anyone else getting a car as the parking garage is 2 blocks away. Despite the latter, I still give them 5 stars as me and my wife still enjoyed the overall experience and weekend getaway.

They lost my $200 Sephora package…. Concierge was not helpful at all and they essentially said too bad as if it’s a motel 6. We’ve stayed there for my birthday the past 2 years and we have at least 5 other couples booking rooms with us. It’s very frustrating. I don’t think I’ll stay here again or recommend it to my friends.

My room was stunning and bed was super comfortable. I rated the hotel a bit lower because I had a rough experience. My room wasn’t ready until 6 pm so I missed by evening plans after a long day of travel. The staff was accommodating- They fed me and provided an additional credit to compensate me for the inconvenience. Food service at the beach was quite slow and I ended up getting food poising later that night. They did an investigation into what the cause could be and provided me some spring waters. If I chose to stay here again, I would probably just not order food at the beach and call ahead to ensure my room is ready before I arrive. Again, I really loved my room, but my experience was unfortunately tainted by a few experiences.

Love this hotel. Miami but without the crowds and chaos. Super relaxing with gorgeous rooms.

Well located, on beach but no parking other than valet. Taxi ride into south beach itself. Friends who visited me had a problem parking and had to pay the high parking fees Forget the complimentary cycle for 1 hour. Nobody to help you and you have to arrange it all on an app. Easier to pay for it elsewhere if you want to cycle. No balcony on the suite I was in, disappointing
