EXCELLENT MANAGEMENT AND STAFF.

Honestly, I didn’t expect much from this hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I arrived. The entrance felt private and secure, with 24/7 security at the door, and the lobby was spacious, modern, and welcoming. I booked a superior king room for three adults and was a bit worried it might feel cramped—but it turned out to be much bigger than expected. We were placed on the 29th floor, which gave us incredible views over Bangkok, something we really enjoyed throughout the stay. Before arriving, I emailed the hotel to let them know we were celebrating my parents’ anniversary. They went the extra mile and arranged a complimentary cake with a card, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated surprise. The pool on the 30th floor was another highlight—beautiful setting, great atmosphere, and amazing city views. Breakfast was served on the 19th floor in a stylish, modern restaurant with lovely views. The selection was decent, though it felt a bit more like lunch than breakfast at times, with items like chicken, curries, and spring rolls alongside the usual eggs and fruits. It might just reflect local culture, but personally, I’d rate the breakfast a solid 7/10. On departure, we had an early flight and were going to miss breakfast, but the staff were very accommodating and arranged a takeaway breakfast with whatever we wanted—great service and a really nice touch. Room are old and staff are very nice.

We have been staying here every time we come to Bangkok since 2017. That in itself tells you all that you need to know. We have noticed a few small things as time passes though. The interior is certainly getting a bit old. Also during breakfast there used to be an egg station that cooked eggs as you liked. I missed that this trip. We are coming back for another 4 night stay in a few weeks

Good location but the room was not good for resting. Construction noise and the walls are very thin could here everything and everyone up and down the hallway slamming doors etc… shower had mold as well.

We love this hotel. It is beautiful, peaceful and has amazing rooms with beautiful views! We will be back!

Used to be my absolute favourite hotel in Thailand. Sadly this time there were a few families with small children who spoiled my experience. The pool area is beautiful but small and there are maybe only 12 sun beds to sit near the pool. They were all full very quickly with big family groups and the experience by the pool was not relaxing. I think if this amazing hotel wants to stay popular then I would make it adults only. It’s unfortunately too small and boutique to accommodate noisy small children running around.

Great hotel to stay at with my 6 month old baby. Hotel was clean, plenty of amenities and close to everything like the shopping centre and food outlets. Would stay here again next time I come to BKK
