Très bien accueilli, cuisine très bonne, piscine superbe et chambre impeccable

Terrible service, especially from the hotel restaurant and reception staff. For two days, our room key card did not work. We had to go to reception 5–6 times a day, and every single time we had to wait for a member of staff to come and open our room for us. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of actually resolving the problem, they kept giving us new key cards, which failed every single time. The room was also not clean. I am attaching photos of a cockroach that was walking across the floor of our room. We also asked to speak to a manager. We were told to wait, but after more than an hour, nobody came to speak to us. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. The level of customer service was extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, completely unacceptable. I definitely do not recommend this hotel. The way guests were treated was simply appalling.

丁寧なサービスで良かった。部屋は普通です。

ミントの効いたアラブ流ウエルカムドリンクで早速気分は上々。お部屋は豪華。２つあるうち、1つのレストランはプールを囲む形でテーブルが配置され幻想的な雰囲気でタジン鍋などモロッコ料理を楽しむことができました。スパやアラブ流お風呂のハマームも快適でした。
